Beth rydym ni'n ei wneud

A very laid back course where teens can chat if they wish about how they feel. Give your teen the tools to manage big emotions and feelings and to realise that they are not alone.

Each week there will be a topic and a simple worksheet to do. We will be starting with exploring the brain and what is happening when we are worried, then each week we will look at different topics such as anger, friendships,coping skills, self esteem, conflict resolution. We explore how to recognise them, what our triggers are and what coping skills we can use to help self regulate, how they impact on us, how we can change things. Giving teens skills that will go with them throughout their life. At the beginning of the course I do give teens the opportunity to request covering any topic that may want to explore. An opportunity to learn a simple breathing technique, some massage pressure points and practise some self belief. The session will end with a simple relaxation meditation.
