Beth rydym ni'n ei wneud

Mindful Movement course - 'Moving Minds' is about opening the internal pathways of your body gently with compassion in order to be able to integrate health and well-being into your life at the level where your mind and heart meet with the deeper experiences that are stored in your tissues, bones and muscles.The idea is to move from the mind into the body and we do this by simply dropping down and becoming present to our bodies from a gentle heart centred attention that allows us to be more honestly ourselves in relationship to everything around us.
You will leave the workshop with a deeper and softer awareness and connection with yourself which in turn means a deeper and more loving awareness and connection with others.
