Use meditation to balance the elements within your own body-mind process. One of the expressions of this universal process can be seen within the Elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and how these are all contained within Space. These Elements exist within our outer environment, as well as within ourselves, and is one way to understand the connection of inner and outer processes.
