Take part in a series of weekly online MINDFUL MOVEMENT workshops with tutor Fiona Winter.

The workshops are hosted online via zoom from every Thursday from 11:45am - 12:45pm.

Mindfulness has been shown to help release stress, tension and anxiety and improve general wellbeing. These workshops have been developed to help strengthen your mind and loosen your body, by combining a series of gentle movements with simple, transferable mindfulness techniques.

Inside Out Cymru is an Arts and Mental Health Charity delivering Arts Workshops and activities across Gwent. These workshops are funded by Caerphilly County Borough Council.
