Come and join us for 45 minutes of fun and dance whilst doing a cardio workout
A medium intensity class.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN DRINK TO CLASSES and a mat if required/preferred
New attendees must arrive 5-10 minutes early so the instructor can explain how the class will be structured and consult with you about any possible restrictions
PLEASE NOTE - class participants MUST be 16+
BOOKING IS ADVISED FOR ALL CLASSES, this can be done via our FitSense App
To qualify for concession prices you must be over 60 years of age or receive one of the following:
PIP/ Disability Living Allowance
Attendance Allowance
Working Tax Credit Disability Element
Please bring proof of the above in the form of a current bank statement or letter dated within the last 3 months.
Please bring a current driving license, passport or birth certificate if over 60.
