A supportive 6-week online course helping people feel calmer, sleep better, reduce stress and anxiety, and live more comfortably with tinnitus using practical relaxation and breathing techniques.

Living with tinnitus can affect sleep, concentration, stress levels and emotional wellbeing. Many people notice that tinnitus feels harder to cope with during periods of anxiety, overwhelm or fatigue.

This course offers practical tools and guided exercises to help participants feel calmer, reduce stress, improve relaxation, and develop a healthier relationship with tinnitus.

Sessions include simple breathing, relaxation and body awareness techniques that can easily be used in daily life.

Participants will learn ways to:

• Feel calmer and less overwhelmed by tinnitus
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Improve relaxation and sleep
• Build emotional resilience and confidence
• Develop practical coping tools for everyday life
